WHYYYYY can’t I be consistent in my writing??? I have half a mind to just hit publish on the millions (exaggerating only slightly) of partial posts I have hanging around just to prove I am making attempts. Sigh. Someone light a fire under me? Suggestions welcome.
Here’s an adorable family.

So chatting with strangers is one of my more perfect skills (drives the husband nuts) but I don’t believe in passing up a happy coincidence or a chance to meet a lady who made me smile.
My name is Candy Christiansen. Wife, mother, farmer, content writer, struggling blogger (I may have you beat in the partial post department) and here’s the fun part…writing coach (aka editor, aka voice of motivation, aka….nag) you know the whole “the cobblers children have no shoes” thing, yeah…apparently a true story.
Not selling anything! Just related to your words, wanted you to know it’s not just you and say I’d be happy to commiserate should you feel the urge. I find (in other people’s lives of course) that sometimes a little peer “accountability”, like AA for writers (hi, my name is ….. and I hoard blog posts) helps get the creative juices flowing. Heck, if nothing else it can be a relief to malign our personal writing deficiencies and uncork the bottle on the frustration.
I’m going to go babble somewhere else now. Chin up & look at the bright side. That is a pretty adorable family 😉
AA for writers sounds awesome, hah! I am glad to know I’m not alone in my frustrations 🙂
